Ready to load up at Willamette Park. We cruised a lot farther than originally intended. We started at Willamette Park and went to the Columbia, and made a loop around Tomahawk Island. I had only put about a half a tank of gas in before we left, but I thought it would be no problem since there are gas docks at Tomahawk Island. For the record, the gas docks close at 5 (or earlier) on Sunday, also Fred's Marina on Multnomah Channel closes at 5. We made it back, but I was pretty nervous not knowing how much gas the boat burns... Next time I will fill the tank.
